Job Summary
Medi-Spa Physician on a cruise ship responsible for administering cosmetic medical procedures to onboard guests, with clinical knowledge to safely perform treatments and the ability to explain products and services. Must possess medical degree and license, and communicate effectively in English. Role requires presenting to groups, cross-promoting spa services with the Sales Consultant, following spa-operating protocols, maintaining medical records, and collaborating with spa staff to ensure guest satisfaction. The position reports to the Spa Manager and involves flexible scheduling, adherence to safety and sanitation standards, inventory management, and promoting professional guest care throughout the cruise.
Required Qualifications
- Completed medical education and hold a medical degree from a recognized college or university
- Hold a current valid medical license
- Board certification or similar international certification in Plastic Surgery or Dermatology preferred but not required
- Fluency in English
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with giving presentations/speaking in front of large groups
- Be able to cross-promote services with Medi-Spa Sales Consultant
- Work without direct supervision
- Attend and participate in trainings and staff meetings
- Ability to maintain medical records and follow sterilization/sanitation policies
