Show hospitality to team members and guests while becoming an expert on the Shinola brand and its handcrafted goods. Connect guests with products meant to be lived in, well loved, and worn out, and build in-store relationships through meaningful outreach. Maintain store cleanliness, presentation, and stock levels while learning new technologies like Salesforce, Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Zipline. Adhere consistently to time and attendance policies, standards of conduct, and all established procedures. This role supports our growing luxury design brand, allowing each employee to make decisions that directly impact our vision as we operate the first at-scale watch factory in the US in 50 years.
