Show hospitality to guests and team members while becoming an expert on the Shinola brand and products. Connect customers with durable, handcrafted goods and build in-store relationships through meaningful outreach. Maintain store cleanliness, ensure proper stock levels, and consistently adhere to time, attendance, conduct, and ethics policies. Gain proficiency in retail technologies including Salesforce, Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Zipline. This part-time role at our Dallas NorthPark location supports our mission to showcase quality craftsmanship and connect guests to enduring American design.
