Job Summary
Prepare coffee, provide excellent customer service, and use the POS system for sales transactions while maintaining a clean work environment and handling food. Work independently under minimal supervision and fulfill additional duties as assigned, including working in the Shinola retail store as needed. Maintain friendly, outgoing interactions to delight customers at all times. Adhere strictly to Time & Attendance policies, Standards of Conduct, and all company procedures. Starting at $15.00 per hour with paid time off, medical/dental/vision, 401k match, and employee merchandise discounts for full-time status.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience working as Barista or similar
- Must be 18+ yrs old
- Must be able to work independently and under minimal supervision
- Must be friendly and outgoing in an environment that believes in delighting our customers at all times
- Must be passionate about helping others
- Must be curious and optimistic
- Must be flexible and adaptable to a high-change environment
- Must not be afraid to insert yourself in new situations
- Must be willing to learn and have a passion for the craft
- Must be able to work in the Shinola retail store as needed
