Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate prequalified traveling subcontractor crews across job sites nationwide, ensuring safety, work quality, and adherence to project specifications. Conduct site inspections, perform final walk-throughs with property managers, and submit daily and weekly job reports with photos and documentation. Manage minor on-site materials, arrange lodging per company guidelines, and represent JRC professionally while maintaining safety and quality standards on every job. Requires 90% travel, valid driver's license, and ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly. Full-time position with company vehicle, fuel card, per diem, and comprehensive benefits including 401(k) match and guaranteed year-round work.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supervising commercial roofing crews
- Familiarity with shingles, tile, slate, and sheet metal (coping cap, flashing, etc.)
- Willingness and availability to travel 90% of the time (multi-day/multi-week trips)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs on a regular basis
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Comfortable using basic mobile technology for reporting and documentation
