Shingle Roofer Foreman

Supervise and direct a crew of Roofing Shinglers on daily installation, tear-off, and repair work for residential and commercial properties. Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and manufacturer specifications to assign tasks, manage productivity, and keep jobs on schedule. Inspect completed work for proper shingle installation, flashing, ventilation, and weatherproofing while enforcing OSHA safety standards and maintaining a clean, hazard-free site. Coordinate material orders, communicate progress to the Project Manager, serve as the main point of contact for customers on-site, and train and mentor laborers. Complete daily job logs, timesheets, and required paperwork. Lead crews safely and efficiently across the Greater Bay Area and Sacramento.
