Job Summary
Assign daily tasks to Warehouse Associates, Forklift Operators, and support staff to maintain workflow. Provide hands-on coaching and on-the-job training for employees to ensure compliance with best practices. Conduct audits, monitor warehouse procedures, and assist in process improvements. Work closely with management to optimize labor and resource allocation. Help resolve conflicts, promote teamwork, and ensure adherence to company policies. Step in as needed to lead shifts and ensure smooth day-to-day functionality. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. Pay range is $23.80/hour.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of related work experience
- Extensive knowledge of CJ Logistics warehouse procedures, policies, and best practices
- Ability to coach, delegate, and motivate a team
- Hands-on problem solver with a process improvement mindset
