Shift Trainer

Job Summary
Shift Trainer to coach employees on how to produce high quality rubber and plastic moulded products to specification; deliver refresher training and training in accordance to training process; perform Manufacturing Operator duties when not training; three-shift rotation (6am–2pm, 2pm–10pm, 10pm–6am) based in the Aberdeen Workshop; reports to Shift Team Leader; experience in moulding required; training/coaching skills and train-the-trainer certification would be advantageous; 37.5-hour week, holidays, pension, life insurance, onsite parking, growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience within moulding related discipline is required
- Must have a passion for learning and coaching
