Job Summary
Run and maintain front-end and back-end production equipment including body-makers, presses, and coaters. Conduct regular quality checks and execute neck diameter changes while participating in overhauls, project work, and plant service maintenance. Achieve production targets, implement spoilage controls, and uphold 6S housekeeping standards while adhering to health and safety protocols. Work 12-hour shifts on a 4-on/4-off rotation.
Required Qualifications
- A time-served apprenticeship or equivalent in an engineering discipline
- HNC in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Previous experience in a similar role within a fast paced, high volume manufacturing environment
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A flexible, action‐orientated approach with a genuine desire to achieve results
- Willingness, with appropriate training, to support other areas of the business when required
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Outlook)
- 12 hour shifts - 4 on / 4 off (2 days / 2 nights)
