Job Summary
Support your team with operational challenges, arrange cover for absences, and conduct 1-2-1s and annual appraisals. Act as an escalation point for queries, facilitate activities and events for residents, and ensure compliance with processes. Oversee training and development, manage recruitment and onboarding, and cultivate a culture of continuous improvement. Work Monday to Friday on a 2-week rolling rota covering 8am to 4pm or 3pm to 11pm shifts. A car and UK driving license are required for frequent travel between locations.
