Job Summary
Shift Leader at Krispy Kreme is responsible for acting as the on-duty leader to manage shop operations during assigned shifts, ensure brand standards and procedures are consistently followed, supervise team members, and maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment. The role requires leading the team, monitoring production and service flow, handling guest service, taking responsibility as the designated Person in Charge for food safety when required, managing cash handling and security, and upholding health department regulations and cleanliness throughout the shift.
Required Qualifications
- Previous food service, retail, or hospitality experience required; leadership experience preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices required; food safety certification preferred or required per local regulations.
- Ability to lead and direct team members during a shift.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
