Job Summary
Lead shop operations during assigned shifts by acting as the on-duty leader, ensuring consistent execution of brand standards, recipes, and operating procedures. Assign tasks, manage workflow, and monitor production, service flow, and staffing levels while addressing operational issues and escalating concerns as appropriate. Serve as the designated Person in Charge for food safety, enforcing sanitation regulations, monitoring food temperatures, and taking corrective action when standards are not met. Ensure a friendly guest experience by assisting with service, resolving concerns, and reinforcing speed expectations. Train and coach team members on job duties, safety, and operational standards while modeling professionalism. Follow cash handling procedures, oversee registers, and ensure adherence to security and loss prevention protocols. Maintain shop cleanliness across production, guest areas, and restrooms by performing and assigning cleaning tasks. Work flexible schedules including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous food service, retail, or hospitality experience
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to lead and direct team members during a shift

- Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance

- Standing and walking for extended periods during the shift
- Lifting and carrying ranges: 0–10 lbs: Frequent; 11–25 lbs: Occasional to Frequent; 26–50 lbs: Occasional with assistance; 51–75 lbs: Seldom; team-lift only
- Pushing and pulling approximately 10–40 lbs of force occasionally
- Frequent use of hands for repetitive tasks and equipment operation
- Exposure to heat (production areas), noise, wet or slippery surfaces, and cleaning chemicals
