Job Summary
Shift Supervisor responsible for overseeing daily Fazoli’s restaurant operations during the assigned shift. Lead front-line team, ensure exceptional guest experience, maintain food quality and safety standards, manage cash handling and scheduling, train and coach staff, and drive operational efficiency. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities are required to ensure a high standard of service and smooth shift execution. Required Qualifications
