Job Summary
Supervise operational activities during non-service hours, directing crew members and managing open/close procedures. Monitor product quality, service times, and labor usage against sales readings while enforcing cleaning plans and safety policies. Address immediate performance issues with crew, refer progressive discipline cases to the unit manager, and ensure wage/hour compliance and cash control accuracy. Control food costs by minimizing waste and adhering to all operational procedures and maintenance schedules. Requires high school education, one year of restaurant industry experience, and must be at least 18 years old.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent educational certificate
- At least 1 year of experience in the restaurant industry
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Thorough knowledge of Wendy's Operational Procedures and Standards
