Job Summary
Supervise operational activities during non-service hours, providing work direction to crew members and managing open/close procedures. Monitor product quality, service times, and labor usage against sales readings to control food cost and recommend corrective action. Address immediate performance problems with crew members and ensure compliance with safety, security, and cash control policies. Assist in training and cross-training of positional skills while maintaining accurate time cards and wage/hour records. Maintain safe working conditions by following all maintenance procedures and preventative schedules. Perform an average of 32 hours or more per week as a leading Wendy's franchisee committed to premium ingredients and flawless service execution.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent educational certificate
- At least 1 year of experience in the restaurant industry
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Thorough knowledge of Wendy's Operational Procedures and Standards
- Must be available to maintain an average of 32 hours or more per week over a calendar year
