Shift Supervisor

Supervise operational activities during non-service hours and provide work direction to crew members. Monitor product quality, service times, and labor usage against sales readings while minimizing waste to control food cost. Address performance problems requiring immediate attention and refer issues to the unit manager for progressive discipline. Assist in training and cross-training positional skills, ensure time card accuracy, and follow all safety, security, and maintenance procedures. Follow flowcharts, prep projections, and store plans as directed by the unit manager. Maintain safe working conditions and adhere to cash control and banking policies. Requires at least one year of restaurant industry experience and a high school diploma.
