Job Summary
Supervises operational activities during non-service hours and assists management during service hours. Responsible for supervising crew members, ensuring product quality, following cleaning and safety procedures, and managing labor usage against sales. Assists in training crew members and addressing performance issues. Adheres to cash control and operational procedures, maintaining a safe working environment. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of restaurant industry experience.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in the restaurant industry
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Thorough knowledge of Wendy's Operational Procedures and Standards
