Job Summary
Shift Supervisor leading and supporting a Wendy's team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, guiding team to deliver Fresh, Quality Wendy’s menu items, leading by example, scheduling staff across Day/Night/Flexible shifts, training and developing team members, and ensuring guest satisfaction while upholding safety, quality, and cleanliness standards. Proven ability to manage and motivate staff, oversee customer service, and contribute to a positive work environment. Required Qualifications
- 1 year of Manager or Supervisor experience in a restaurant preferred
- Experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in customer service and operations management
