Job Summary
Conduct daily operations by observing store traffic, assigning tasks, and delivering feedback to ensure the Daily Concept Workflow is followed with precision. Supervise and delegate daily checklists using the task-monitoring system to maintain cleanliness, safety, and Pink Standards while reporting issues promptly. Support new juicers through the Knowledge–Training–Practice–Validation process and lead by example to create warm, memorable guest interactions. Monitor commercial targets, manage deliveries, and guide the team in supporting store sales performance. Work a shift under pressure with a team-first mindset, reporting accurately to the Store Manager.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar supervisory or team lead role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to stay cool and lead under pressure
- Passion for people, service, and personal growth
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a team-first mindset
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift between 50 and 60 lbs
- Must be able to perform bending, stooping, crouching, and squatting movements
- Must be able to safely handle and use sharp objects
- Must be able to work near and operate a hot grill
