Shift Supervisor - Underground WA Gold Projects

Job Summary
Lead a small crew on shift across development and production activities at the Andy Well and Turnberry underground gold projects. Drive compliance with safety systems, standards, and procedures while conducting toolbox talks, pre-starts, and shift handovers. Coordinate with the Project Manager and Superintendents on priorities and mentor crew members to build site capability. This permanent full-time role requires a current WA Underground Supervisor's Certificate or NSW Practicing Certificate. You will work a 14/14 roster with two weeks on and two weeks off, supported by onsite accommodation, catering, and flights to Perth. Required Qualifications
- Proven underground supervisory experience
- Genuine zero-harm commitment
- Proven ability to lead, develop and get the best out of a small, high-output crew
- Must hold a current WA Underground Supervisor's Certificate OR an NSW Practicing Certificate – Underground Mine Supervisor (non-coal)
- Australian and New Zealand Permanent Residents or Citizens
- Visa holders with unlimited right to work in Australia
- Ability to complete a satisfactory background check, including a national police check, reference checks and pre-employment medical
