Job Summary

Oversee shift operations for a high-profile client's facility, including directing subordinates, managing staffing and scheduling, and conducting regular performance inspections. Make emergency notifications per site Post Orders, cross-train officers for versatility, and monitor overtime levels against predefined targets. Generate productivity and cost reduction recommendations, propose physical security surveys and post order updates, and review incident reports while maintaining contract compliance. Ensure all security personnel meet required training and screening elements.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current and valid driver's license
  • Minimum of one (1) year verifiable and successful security experiences
  • Minimum of two (2) years of verifiable work experience demonstrating the following:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain poise and self-control during emergency situations
  • Capability of understanding and applying written and verbal orders, and of composing reports
  • Effective oral and written communication skills; write informatively, clearly, and accurately
  • Planning and organizing skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications

Desired Qualifications

  • Associate's degree of higher in any discipline
  • Service in the active-duty military, military reserves, or National Guard
  • Service in auxiliary police or police cadets
  • Experience in Emergency Management Systems FEMA Incident Command Certification; ICO 100, 200, 300
  • Working knowledge of EMS protocols, Medical First Responder or Emergency Medical Technician
