Job Summary

Make emergency notifications per site Post Orders and provide direction to subordinates on duty performance. Cross-train officers for site efficiency, oversee staffing and scheduling, and ensure contract training compliance. Maintain overtime levels, inspect security personnel for quality and compliance, and review incident reports and payroll. Submit productivity and cost reduction recommendations, plus proposals for physical security surveys and post order updates. Manage positive and negative personnel actions for direct reports while mediating conflicts and assessing critical issues.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current and valid driver's license
  • Associate's degree of higher in any discipline
  • Service in the active-duty military, military reserves, or National Guard
  • Service in auxiliary police or police cadets
  • Minimum of one (1) year verifiable and successful security experiences
  • Minimum of two (2) years of verifiable work experience demonstrating the following:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain poise and self-control during emergency situations
  • Capability of understanding and applying written and verbal orders, and of composing reports
  • Effective oral and written communication skills; write informatively, clearly, and accurately
  • Planning and organizing skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications

  • Active listening skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in Emergency Management Systems FEMA Incident Command Certification; ICO 100, 200, 300
  • Working knowledge of EMS protocols, Medical First Responder or Emergency Medical Technician
