Shift Supervisor

Shift Supervisor at Trulieve in Retail, responsible for assisting the General Manager in leading store personnel, achieving performance metrics, and ensuring efficient daily operations while maintaining regulatory compliance and delivering exceptional customer experience. Key duties include opening/closing procedures, supervising staff, maintaining brand standards in visual merchandising, ensuring state-specific regulatory compliance, communicating SOP changes, coaching and training the team to meet objectives, monitoring inventory, resolving patient issues, maintaining professional relationships with business partners, and handling sensitive information with confidentiality. Requires ability to supervise cash handling, operate computing devices, and interact with customers and staff; includes ability to work up to 40 hours weekly with evenings, weekends, and holidays. Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma, prior management experience (retail or customer service) a plus, cash handling experience, English proficiency, valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background checks.
