Job Summary
Shift Supervisor will assist the General Manager/Assistant General Manager in leadership and supervision of store personnel, achieve key performance metrics, ensure efficient daily store operations, maintain regulatory compliance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, supervising staff, maintaining brand standards, ensuring SOP compliance, coaching and developing the team, monitoring inventory, resolving patient issues, and maintaining professional relationships with partners while upholding confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Prior management experience preferred in retail or customer service
- Prior cash handling experience
- Ability to communicate in conversational English
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass MVR background check (delivery locations only)
- Must pass level 1 and level 2 background checks
- Must be at least 21 years of age
