Shift Supervisor

Supervise inmate labor and/or team members in the kitchen during food prep and food service shifts. Prepare, assist, or instruct staff in food item preparation according to departmental standards, recipes, and work instructions. Follow assigned facility housekeeping and safety practices during meal preparation, oversight, and serving. This position requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods. A driver's license is required. Prior institutional food service experience is a plus, and ServSafe certification is preferred.
