Job Summary
Supervise inmate labor and/or team members in the kitchen during food prep and food service shifts. Prepare, assist, or instruct staff in food item preparation according to departmental standards, recipes, and work instructions. Follow assigned facility housekeeping and safety practices during meal preparation, oversight, and serving. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and ability to lift 50 lbs. A minimum wage of $33.42/hr is offered, with an additional $0.25/hr for ServSafe certification. The position includes medical, dental, and vision benefits, plus a $250 bonus for completing the Rookie's Fast Track Program within 60 days. Required Qualifications
