Job Summary
Supervise inmate labor and team members in the kitchen during food prep and service shifts, preparing and instructing staff on food items per departmental standards and recipes. Follow assigned facility housekeeping and safety practices while overseeing correctional facility meals. Perform other duties as determined by business needs. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and ability to lift 50 lbs. Minimum wage is $33.42/hr with an additional $0.25/hr for ServSafe certification. Full-time employment includes medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) match benefits.
Required Qualifications

- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
Desired Qualifications
- Prior institutional food service or restaurant, cafeteria experience
- ServSafe® Food Handler certification
