Job Summary
Shift Supervisor to support management in monitoring day-to-day activities of employees, ensuring smooth operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe, positive work environment. Responsibilities include coordinating breaks, enforcing brand standards and SOPs, completing opening/closing procedures, managing cash handling and security, resolving customer complaints, upholding food safety practices, overseeing inventory, delivering training for new employees, and responding to incidents with timely reporting. Located at ONroute plazas serving Tim Hortons and other brands along Highway 400/401 in Ontario; overnight shift with flexible hours and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Reliable transportation is required
- Background in restaurants/food service or retail as cashier, barista, food prep, customer service/sales
- Willingness to work overnight shifts
- Ability to monitor and train staff
- Knowledge of brand standards and SOPs
- Cash handling and cash security awareness
- Food safety and sanitation practices
