Job Summary
Shift Supervisor in a restaurant setting leads, manages, and supports the restaurant team during a shift to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service. Acts as a bridge between management and frontline staff, ensuring policies are followed, standards are maintained, and the team is motivated and productive. Responsibilities include assigning servers, bartenders, bussers, and cashiers; supervising staff to ensure tasks are completed on time; and adjusting staffing levels as necessary. Requires ability to work in a fast-paced environment with teamwork to achieve goals; knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations; and ability to work swing shifts, weekends, and holidays. The role emphasizes leadership, task delegation, staffing coordination, and maintaining service quality.
Required Qualifications
- Prior work experience as a shift supervisor preferred
