Job Summary
Shift Leader at Moe’s Southwest Grill with responsibilities for managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and overseeing 15-25 team members. Drive profitability using Sterling Systems, develop team members through feedback, enforce food safety and sanitary practices, maintain Moe’s standards, and foster a positive workplace known as “the place to work.” Must possess leadership, communication, and multi-tasking abilities and be able to work in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience recommended
- Knowledge of computers (MS Word and Excel)
