Shift Supervisor

The Shift Leader is responsible for managing the daily operations of our Moe’s Southwest Grill, including ensuring guest satisfaction, overseeing the development and performance of team members, and optimizing profits using Sterling Systems. Responsibilities span overseeing all restaurant areas to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness; directing team members on operational issues; enforcing food safety and sanitation standards; managing banding/food flow to maintain high-quality products with low waste; and maintaining professional appearance and workflow. Requires leadership, strong communication, ability to supervise 15-25 staff, adherence to policy, and basic computer skills. No late nights and opportunities for growth within a large franchise group.
