Job Summary
Shift Supervisor at Applegreen USA’s Bedford travel plaza leads on-shift team activities, ensuring top-tier customer service, adherence to brand standards and food safety, cash handling compliance, and POS operations. Responsible for training new team members, completing opening/closing checklists, stocking and preparing food, maintaining product labeling and temperatures, cross-selling and upselling, and communicating issues to plaza leadership. Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
