Job Summary
As Shift Supervisor, lead store shifts and ensure team delivers excellent customer service while adhering to brand standards and food safety requirements. Responsible for training newly hired team members, monitoring cash handling policy compliance, opening/closing procedures, POS operations, and product handling (wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, rotating, temperature checks). Perform kitchen-related tasks as needed (prep, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, cleaning), stock and sanitize workstation/equipment, and actively cross-sell and upsell products. Maintain solid product knowledge and communicate observations or concerns to plaza leadership; support training of new team members and follow all brand standards and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred
