Job Summary
Lead shift operations by ensuring team members provide exceptional customer service, thoroughly complete job duties, and follow all brand standards and food safety requirements. Manage daily activities including opening, closing, and cash handling procedures while operating the point-of-sale system and resolving customer complaints. Execute kitchen tasks such as prepping, cooking, and stocking products, and actively cross-sell items to travelers. Assist in training newly hired team members and inform plaza leadership of any observed concerns or problems. Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Cash handling and customer service experience
- Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
- Frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds
- The ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents
- The ability to converse comfortably with customers
- Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
