Job Summary
Lead shifts on a travel plaza site by ensuring team members deliver exceptional customer service, complete duties per brand standards and food safety requirements, and assist in training new team members. Responsibilities include opening/closing procedures, operating the POS, processing payments, enforcing cash handling policies, ensuring proper food handling and temperature checks, performing kitchen tasks (prepping, thawing, cooking, packaging, wrapping, cleaning), stocking and sanitizing workstation/equipment, cross-selling and upselling products, maintaining product knowledge, and communicating observations or concerns to plaza leadership; performs other tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Cash handling and customer service experience required.
- Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
