Job Summary
Direct and coordinate the sterilization process by overseeing Operators and Certified Operators, moving palletized product with a forklift, and completing accurate process records. Train assigned staff, report damaged product, count discrepancies, and system problems to supervisors, and replace designated mechanical components as needed. Store and remove chemicals in accordance with established procedures while ensuring compliance with GMPs, OSHA, and all applicable standards. Assist with other tasks assigned by management. Complete required Shift Supervisor training outlined in the manual.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be able to read, write and speak fluent English
- Must be willing to work established shifts
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and perform repetitive bending and lifting motions over a period of time
- Must complete all required training for a 'Shift Supervisor' outlined in the training manual
- General supervisory training
Desired Qualifications
- One (1) to 1.5 years of experience working in a leadership role and/or sterilization environment preferred
