Shift Supervisor

Assist drive-in management in implementing the restaurant plan to meet operating standards, sales, and profits by training crew members, executing the Seven Basic Stations, and controlling costs through local marketing plans. Manage daily restaurant operations while ensuring compliance with the SONIC franchise license agreement, operations manual, and standard policies. Provide every customer with outstanding service and assist in motivating the team. Prior experience as a shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, or manager is helpful. Full-time or part-time availability is generally accepted.
