Shift Supervisor

Assist drive-in management in implementing restaurant plans to meet operating standards, sales, and profits by training crew members, executing the Seven Basic Stations, and controlling costs through local marketing plans. Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure compliance with the SONIC franchise license agreement, operations manual, and standard policies while providing outstanding customer service. Prior experience as a shift lead, crew lead, or supervisor is helpful for success in this role.
