Shift Supervisor

Assist drive-in management in implementing the restaurant plan to meet operating standards, sales, and profits. Train and motivate crew members while performing work functions in the Seven Basic Stations as needed. Effectively implement local store marketing plans to control costs and manage daily restaurant operations to provide outstanding customer service. Work consistently in compliance with the SONIC franchise license agreement, the SONIC-Drive-in Operations Manual, and standard operations systems and policies. Prior experience as a shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, or team lead is very helpful.
