Shift Supervisor

Assist drive-in management in implementing restaurant plans to meet operating standards, sales, and profits by training and motivating crew members across the Seven Basic Stations. Effectively execute local store marketing plans while controlling costs and manage daily operations to ensure outstanding customer service. Maintain consistent compliance with the SONIC franchise license agreement, Drive-in Operations Manual, and standard policies. Prior experience as a shift lead, crew lead, or supervisor is helpful for success in this role.
