Job Summary
Lead the team during your shift by setting a welcoming atmosphere and providing daily prioritization for employee tasks. Oversee training and growth opportunities while communicating performance feedback to management. Maintain inventory levels by rotating and replenishing merchandise, and manage store cleanliness, safety, and organization. Requires high school diploma or GED, one year of supervisory experience in retail/food, and a positive, team-focused attitude.
