Shift Supervisor

Ensure guests are served courteously and timely while maintaining high food quality and attractive appearance per Smashburger specifications. Manage positive guest service by taking appropriate actions to exceed expectations and follow cash handling procedures. Maintain awareness of all menu items and ensure proper sanitation and cleanliness to fulfill health requirements and enhance the dining atmosphere. Uphold HIGH FIVE values including Excite and Delight, Pride in Place, and Do Good.
