Job Summary
Direct and coordinate daily activities covering safety, quality, production, shipping/receiving, planning/scheduling, and training. Communicate daily with production operators to identify issues and drive continuous improvement in productivity and uptime. Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and control all materials while conducting trend analysis on failures. Uphold CMC safety programs, communicate with management and customers, and hold employees accountable for results. Develop performance reviews, deliver corrective actions, and turn in required daily and monthly reports.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years successful operational leadership experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate up, down, and across the business
- Critical thinking and analytical skills
- Ability to supervise employees and set clear expectations
- Strong leadership ability to focus, prioritize, and match skills to tasks
- Ability to teach, train, and coach
- Excellent time management skills
