Job Summary
Shift Supervisor, Shipping - 2nd Shift leads and coordinates production and shipping operations, supervises and mentors the production/warehouse teams, ensures schedules and quality standards are met, enforces safety policies, collaborates with other departments to improve processes, and monitors inventory of raw materials and finished products.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a warehouse and shipping environment
- Forklift experience required, certifications preferred
- Strong experience in shipping and logistics
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of manufacturing machine equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- High school diploma or equivalent
