Job Summary
Lead night-shift operations for industrial gas turbine component repairs, directing a team of technicians across multiple process areas. Responsible for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and emergency response; conduct toolbox and DMS/SQDC meetings; manage shift manpower and attendance; ensure EHS compliance, incident investigation, and quality documentation; troubleshoot equipment and process issues in collaboration with Maintenance to minimize downtime; perform risk assessments, layered process reviews, and Gemba walks to identify and close gaps; requires a degree or diploma in a technical field and at least 3 years of supervisory manufacturing experience; capable of working night shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or a related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing environment with team lead or supervisory responsibilities
