Job Summary
Lead shift operations by ensuring team members deliver exceptional customer service, follow brand standards, and adhere to food safety protocols. Manage daily activities including opening and closing procedures, POS transactions, and cash handling while training new hires and resolving customer complaints. Perform kitchen tasks such as prep, cooking, and stocking, plus maintain workstations and actively cross-sell products. Inform plaza leadership of any concerns or problems observed. Requires flexible scheduling including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with a preference for shift supervisor experience.
Required Qualifications
- Cash handling and customer service experience
- Able to stand and walk for an extended period of time
- Frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds
- The ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents
- The ability to converse comfortably with customers
- Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
