Shift Supervisor - Shake Shack

Lead shift operations by ensuring team members deliver exceptional customer service, complete job duties, and adhere to brand standards and food safety requirements. Train newly hired team members, monitor cash handling compliance, and operate the point-of-sale system to process payments accurately. Manage opening, daily, and closing procedures while executing kitchen tasks such as prepping, cooking, packaging, and cleaning. Stock, sanitize workstations, actively cross-sell products, and maintain knowledge of available plaza offerings. Report observations, concerns, or problems to plaza leadership and execute assigned tasks as needed. Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
