Job Summary
Supervise and instruct all Program Specialists on shift while ensuring active treatment is provided to individuals with developmental disabilities. Manage the overall functioning of the facility during the absence of Program Managers, oversee the physical condition of the residence and agency vehicles, and handle client and agency funds including petty cash and medication follow-up. Maintain consumer safety and respect of consumer rights throughout the shift. Requires an Associate's degree, three years of MR/DD experience, and AMAP/SCIP-R training. Earns $23.00 per hour for full-time, in-person work in New York State.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree
- Bachelor's Degree, preferred
- Minimum of three years experience in MR/DD or related field
- AMAP trained
- SCIP-R trained
- CPR & First AID Trained
- Valid NYS driver's license
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
