Job Summary
Supervise all Direct Support Professionals on shift and ensure active treatment is provided to individuals with developmental disabilities while maintaining safety and respecting individual rights. Manage overall facility operations during the absence of the Program Director and Assistant Program Director, oversee the physical condition of the residence and agency vehicles, and handle client and agency funds and expenditures. Monitor medication administration during shifts and after medical appointments. This role is based in the Bronx, NY, with a salary of $23.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years experience in MR/DD or related field
- AMAP trained
- SCIP-R trained
- CPR & First AID Trained
- Valid NYS driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Associates Degree preferred
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
