Shift Supervisor

Supervise and instruct all Program Specialists on shift, ensuring active treatment is provided to individuals with developmental disabilities while maintaining consumer safety and rights. Manage the overall functioning of the facility during the absence of the Program Manager and Assistant Program Manager, including overseeing the physical condition of the residence and agency vehicles. Handle client and agency funds and expenditures during the shift, such as petty cash and recreational monies. Ensure appropriate follow-up to medication administration during shifts and after client medical appointments. This role is located on Rombouts Ave in the Bronx, requiring an Associate's degree and three years of experience in MR/DD.
